Rhett joined Young and Company in 2025 as a tax accountant focusing on return preparation and strategic tax planning for individuals and small businesses. He graduated at the top of his class from St. Bonaventure University, where he earned an MBA and bachelor’s in finance. Currently, Rhett is working towards earning his Enrolled Agent credential, which will allow him to communicate directly with the IRS on behalf of clients.   

When not in the office, Rhett enjoys spending quality time with his family and pets, riding his motorcycle, and playing in competitive pickleball tournaments.
