Hello! I’m CoCo, and I proudly serve as the firm’s Office Morale Officer. You may see me greeting
clients or providing much-needed comfort and stress relief to our team especially during the long
hours of tax season. My specialties include boosting morale, encouraging smiles, and reminding
everyone that even during deadlines, it’s important to pause for a tail wag or two. I’m also the only
one in the office who believes every tax return deserves a treat for accuracy and effort.

While others handle deductions and deadlines, I focus on keeping spirits high and stress levels low. I
can be sound asleep and still hear the faintest sound of food being unwrapped at which point I will
immediately wake up and investigate. I love our clients and the incredible team at Young & Company,
and I take my role very seriously… especially when snacks are involved. After all, if the numbers
don’t make you smile, I will.
